What I built

I joined the product from its earliest stages, contributing to the design of SI Pro Picks - a premium sports analytics platform developed with Sports Illustrated.

My focus was on turning expert predictions into actionable, high-conversion insights through data visualization, iterative testing, and growth-oriented UX.

THE SYSTEM

Designed performance-driven analyst profiles visualizing ROI, win streaks, historical accuracy

THE TESTING LAB

Built a continuous A/B testing loop across expert cards and activity feeds and achieved 18% CTR lift.

SUPER ADMIN

Designed a Super Admin growth hub to manage analysts, revenue, large-scale promo events.

IMPACT

+22% conversion from free to premium through iterative UI and A/B testing

+24% retention driven by interactive challenges, activity contests, and leaderboard engagement.

Established a scalable design foundation for monetized sports analytics
